Our work has one clear focus: your child's individual needs. In order for us to support your child's development in the best possible way, we employ people with different educational training backgrounds. They all attend regular further training courses, which enable them to bring new ideas and proposals to their daily work.

" As a qualified Early Years Teacher I am passionate about the best ways to encourage young children's learning and development. I love to see children
exploring and learning for themselves and discovering their own interests. I am extremely privileged to lead such a highly qualified team, who are all fantastic at following the interests of the children and skillfully leading their learning in sensitive and appropriate ways. " I have a very diverse experience working within the Montessori Environment from babies through to reception. - Level 4 Early Years Practice
What Jo brings to the Nursery
" I bring many years experience of working in Early Years.
"I love that every day is different. One day you can be going on a bear hunt and the next creating a rocket to go to the moon. It's my job to help, develop and nurture the children's sparks of knowledge and imagination through playing and exploring in a caring environment. So much fun to be had!"
LIZZ REED - Deputy Principal Foxglove Violet Hill
- BA (hons) Early Years and Childhood
What Lizz brings to the Nursery
"You can always guarantee that one day is never going to the same as the next when you work with children and this is why I love my job. I bring with me my passion for cooking, art and exploration. I am quite happy to get messy and I’m not afraid to be a bit silly, which I think are important qualities when working with children. I feel that having three children helps me to understand the challenges that families/carers face today and better enables me to provide a caring and supportive environment for the children within our care."
